My favorite stylist in KC, Julie, is opening a new salon in the Crossroads District called Speak. Julie is awesomely talented - I honestly got more compliments from her hair cuts than any other in my life. She also fit the number one criteria of being my stylist - when I tell you to do just do whatever, something cool, you do it. And it is.
A cool feature of the new place - Julie's salon will also feature local artists and will be open for First Friday exhibits.
