Oh c'mon! They're kids! Who doesn't love kids? I think you should lead them in a rousing chorus of "If you're happy and you know it clap your hands! CLAP! CLAP!"
Or maybe "99 bottles of Mountain Dew on the wall". That should kill a few hours.
